The Circle of COVID

Did you hear the one about the actress in Australia who got injured by a COVID shot?

Melle Stewart was, apparently, a well-known actress in both the UK and Australia.  She received her first dose of the AstraZeneca vackseen on May 24, 2021.  Two weeks later, she was having seizures, lost her ability to speak and couldn’t move the right side of her body.

She was diagnosed with having Vaccine-Induced Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis which is now acknowledged as being a side effect of the experimental drug she was injected with.

According to her husband, doctors had suspected from the very start that her ailment was caused by the vackseen.  And, yes indeed, tests were conducted that proved the AstraZeneca drug caused all her problems.  Problems that left her with a hand-sized metal plate in her head.

The Australian government acknowledged that the vackseen caused the damage and awarded her about $230,000 USD.  Which, I should point out, is about 100 times more than the U.S. government gives to people they admit were seriously harmed by one of the jabs.  $230K might sound like a lot but not when compared to what she would have made had her career not been cut short.

Nothing new so far.  Millions of people have been harmed by taking one of these “safe and effective” drugs.  And governments pay a small fraction of what the damage is really worth.

Here’s where it starts to get strange.

For some reason, she is attempting to take legal action against AstraZeneca because she believes she was misled by the government’s reassurances that the drugs were both safe and effective.

Here’s where it gets even stranger.

Although Ms. Stewart is now disabled after taking an experimental drug that nearly killed her, she is still getting injected with other COVID jabs.  Somehow, inexplicably, she remains a staunch advocate for COVID vackseens.  She proudly admits to having received multiple doses of the Pfizer drug.

Really?

Informed Consent

She’s voluntarily taking a second experimental drug, after knowing for certain that the first experimental drug almost caused her demise.  I think that destroys her argument for the lawsuit.  If she’s willing to take the Pfizer drug, which nearly EVERYONE knows causes a myriad of health issues, then I think it’s safe to assume that she would have taken the AstraZeneca drug, even armed with the knowledge that it may cause the problems she ultimately had.

In my opinion, she doesn’t have a leg to stand on.  Well, technically, she can still stand on her left leg but that’s not what I meant, and you know it.

What I should have said is that she doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on.  She can’t argue that she was misled into taking the AstraZeneca drug when she’s willfully taking the Pfizer drug knowing full well that it causes even worse problems than she already has.

And besides, I don’t understand why she would sue a company for the misdeeds of her government.  It seems she should be suing the government.  Except, of course, if AstraZeneca also advertised the drug as “safe and effective”.

Which brings us to Texas.

An End Run

Texas is suing Pfizer, alleging that the drugmaker misrepresented, in other words lied, about the efficacy of its COVID-19 vackseen.

Remember when Pfizer claimed that their vackseen was 95% effective?  If you don’t remember it, you should.  It wasn’t all that long ago.

As it turns out, their drug wasn’t 95% effective.  It wasn’t even close to 95% effective and didn’t do anything they said it would. We all knew it when they said it.  And apparently, so did they.

It seems that Pfizer manipulated the statistics to support their claims.  Anybody paying attention realized that years ago.  We’ve all been saying their analysis was flawed since the vackeeens were first introduced.  But nobody listened to us.

But a lot of people listened to, and believed, what the pharmaceutical companies said and took their drug.  And a lot of people got sick, and a lot of people died because of it.

Now, the pharmaceutical companies can’t be held liable for the damage their experimental drugs caused.  But, according to Texas, they can be held accountable for false advertising.

Let me see if I’ve got this straight, pharmaceutical companies can’t be sued for killing people, but they can be sued for lying to convince people to take their drugs in the first place.

There Should Be Consequences

We have truth-in-advertising laws for a reason.  And that reason is so that companies can’t mislead consumers.  Well, they can mislead consumers a little bit, but there is a limit.  I think the whole “safe and effective” thing crossed way over the line.

While I disagree with the blanket immunity that pharmaceutical companies enjoy, they do have it.  So, as onerous as it is, it is what it is.

But if they lie…well, that’s whole nother story.

I say that if Big Pharma is found guilty of false advertising, then they should immediately lose their liability protection.

All of it.

If Texas wins the lawsuit, other states will follow.  And when it’s proven that Big Pharma fudged the numbers and put millions of lives at risk as part of a marketing strategy, they should be held liable for every illness and death caused by the vackseens that were so ineffective and dangerous they had to lie to get people to take them.

These days, I think people have wised up to the risk versus reward the vackseens provide.  And because of that, we’re seeing hardly anyone lining up to get a COVID booster.  I had a checkup the other day, and my doctor asked if I wanted a flu shot.  He didn’t even mention a COVID shot.

People have realized that COVID was hyped way out of proportion and that instead of hiding their symptoms with a COVID shot, they can simply hide their symptoms with over-the-counter drugs.

Until they can’t.

Safe But Not Effective

The FDA has decided that oral phenylephrine, an ingredient in many over-the-counter cold remedies, is ineffective.  They seem to be ignoring the millions of people who have taken the drug to alleviate their symptoms, and that, according to millions of people, the drug is remarkably effective in doing so.

To be honest, the FDA didn’t say that they were banning the medicines, they just said that they don’t believe the medicines work.

However, in late October, CVS removed products containing oral phenylephrine from their shelves.  You know, trusted products including Sudafed, Mucinex, Vicks, Allegra and Dayquil.

CVS says the reason for removing the products is that the FDA told them the products don’t work.  It seems like that problem would fix itself.  If the products didn’t work, people would eventually stop buying them.

My wife has been taking Sudafed for years.  It seems to work for her.  So, either she’s enjoying the placebo effect, or the drugs actually do provide some benefit.  Either way, what’s the harm?  Well, there isn’t any.  It’s not like these sniffling, sneezing, coughing, aching, stuffy head, fever, so you can rest remedies have been maiming or killing people.

Unlike the COVID drugs.

Deadly and Ineffective

But we’ve got the FDA saying that people should stop taking drugs that are relatively safe, though presumably not very effective.  And, at the same time, they’re saying that people SHOULD take the COVID vackseens, which are neither safe nor effective.

This should come as no surprise since the FDA has a track record of banning, or at least frowning upon, the use of other cheap and harmless drugs to fight COVID.  At least they’re consistent.

Here’s what’s going to happen.  The same thing that happens every winter.  People are going to start getting sick.  But not too sick.  It could be they have COVID, or it could be it’s just a cold.  They won’t know for sure because they won’t get tested.  Either way, it’s no big deal.  Because they’d usually be able to pick up some supplies at the drugstore and tough it out for a couple days.

Like we have for…well…forever.

But now when they go to CVS, they’re going to find out that their go-to choice, a product they’ve perhaps been using for decades, isn’t available.  Which will, at least in some cases, prompt a trip to the doctor to get a replacement.  And what’s the first thing the doctor will do?  That’s right.  The first thing the doctor will do is test to see if you have COVID.

And that’s going drive the COVID numbers up.  Which is going to provide statistics for the pharmaceutical companies to use in their marketing campaigns.  That will undoubtedly convince more people like Melle Stewart to allow themselves to continue to be injected with experimental drugs.  Which will result in even more people ending up with a lifetime of medical issues.

And the senseless poisoning of people will continue to happen until places like Texas win lawsuits and huge judgements against companies that are making a fortune by misleading people.
